Cancellation and Refund Policy
Delegates unable to attend SIU 2015 will receive a full refund (less 25% for administrative charges), provided a written request is received by the Congress Office on or before August 28, 2015. The Congress regrets that requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress.
