Notification to Authors
The submitter is the main contact for any questions or information we have regarding an abstract.
All correspondence relating to the submission will be directed to the submitter, and the submitter should distribute to all co-authors/presenting author if needed.
Abstract status notifications will be sent to authors in June 2018.
Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the World Journal of Urology. Publications imply transfer of copyright of the article to the Publisher. This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws.
Abstract Presenter Registration
Please make sure to identify the presenting author of the abstract on the submission form, and to inform the SIU Scientific Programme Office if there is any change of presenting author.
The presenting authors of all accepted submissions will be required to register by June 15, 2018. After this date, the abstract(s) of presenting authors who have not paid their registration fees will be excluded from the programme as well as from the SIU Abstract Book.
