Urologists from United Kingdom are entitled to a preferential host country rate. These special rates are automatically applied when you register online. Please contact the SIU Congress Office for additional details.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The following fees will apply if you cancel your in-person registration:

Prior to July 28, fully refundable less a 100.00€ administrative fee
Between July 28 and Sept 2, 50% non-refundable*
After Sept 2, 100% non-refundable*

*Any delegate canceling in-person registration after July 28 will automatically receive SIU Congress virtual registration.

The following fees will apply if you cancel your virtual registration:

Prior to July 28, fully refundable less a 100.00€ administrative fee
After July 28, 100% non-refundable

NOTE: All refund requests must be made by 1 December 2025. Requests received after this date will not be considered.

Visa Information

As visa requirements vary according to nationality, it is important to consult the nearest United Kingdom consulate or embassy, or your nation's foreign ministry website for your specific visa requisites.

According to the United Kingdom official website, depending on your nationality, you will:

have to apply for a Standard Visitor visa before you travel to the UK,
have to apply for an electronic travel authorisation (ETA), which allows you to visit the UK for up to 6 months without needing a visa,
be able to visit the UK for up to 6 months without needing a visa or an ETA.

The SIU does not have the authority to advise on, issue, or confirm visas or electronic travel authorizations. Applying early will help ensure that delegates receive their visas in advance of their planned travel dates, allowing time to address any potential delays or issues should they occur.
