It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Dr. Noor Buchholz, who served on the Board of Directors and remained an active member of the Société Internationale d’Urologie.
Throughout his career, Dr. Buchholz embodied excellence in every facet of his life. As a leader in the field of endourology, he pioneered new methods and techniques, led research, and was a driving force in development. His participation and sharing of knowledge at countless meetings across the globe will be greatly missed.
His warmth, kindness, dedication, and endless compassion allowed him to establish meaningful bonds with his patients, students, and colleagues—a truly remarkable physician, teacher, and friend.
